- The 'deposit' is only a good will gesture. It does not cover the complete value of the costume. If the costume is returned in a damaged state from which it was received, further costs may be payable to cover repair or replacement.
- If returned 'late', additional hire will be charged at £10 per day or part thereof after the second late day.
- Deposits are only refundable on the due date, complete and undamaged.
- All hire costumes, accessories, wigs and props remain the property of Copycats and must be returned on the agreed due date.
- If you book in advance, you may cancel without penalty up to 2 days prior to the collection date. Cancellations after this will be subject to deposit loss.
- Once you have signed to accept your costume, they will be considered as 'hired'. No refunds will be given for costumes not worn.
- Please be considerate to other customers and ensure costumes are returned in good time for hire the same day by others.
- Customers details are kept for the sole use of Copycats to help provide a better service to our customers and will not be shared with any third parties.
